Our Story

Maple Valley Venues began long before we ever dreamed it would become what it is today. The story starts with Brad’s grandfather, who was given the original barn for free, with one condition: he had to move it himself. So, he did just that, the barn was carefully moved across the field by trailer to the very property where it still stands today.

Brad’s grandfather hosted barn dances and family gatherings here, filling the space with laughter, music, and the kind of joy that only comes from community and love. Although Brad was just one year old when his grandfather passed away, he grew up hearing stories about the man who built this barn’s legacy and the memories made within its walls.

In 2022, Brad decided he wanted to bring that same spirit back to life. He began restoring the barn and transforming it into a space where families could once again gather, celebrate, and create memories that last a lifetime. Every beam, board, and detail has been touched by Brad’s hard work and vision — a labour of love to honour his grandfather and the joy this barn once held.

Today, Maple Valley Venues sits on 100 acres of peaceful countryside, surrounded by open fields, a tranquil pond, and the same warmth and love that started generations ago. What was once a family gathering place has now become a venue where couples come together to celebrate their own love stories — surrounded by nature, history, and heartfelt beauty.

Now proudly owned and operated by Brad & Grace, a husband-and-wife team, Maple Valley Venues is a reflection of our shared dream and the life we’ve built together. From the handcrafted details to the laughter that fills the barn once more, we’ve poured our hearts into creating a place that feels like home, where every celebration is filled with love, joy, and unforgettable memories.
